How to Get a Library Card

Stop by the Library and fill out an application to receive a Library Card. You will need to bring a valid picture ID, as well as a proof of current residence.

Library Card Eligibility

If you live inside the boundaries of Mt. Pleasant library district, or rent or own property within the Mt. Pleasant library district, you are eligible for a free library card. If you live outside library district limits, you may receive a library card for a fee.

Proof of Address

  • Utah driver’s license with current address
  • Utility bill
  • Rental lease
  • Automobile registration (with street address)

Forms of ID

  • Driver’s license or State-issued ID card
  • Passport
  • Military ID
